Katherine Cole is the Regional Director, ANZ and Singapore, at Hotels.com, part of Expedia Inc.In her role Katherine overseas marketing and businessoperations in the region, and is responsible for strategy, offline and online brand and communications across a range of channels including CRM, Loyalty, ATL, PR and Affiliate marketing. In the realm of social media and email marketing, Katherine is responsible for driving innovation across Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Hotels.com, Katherine held a number of senior roles in organisations including HotelClub.com and Business Events Sydney.Katherine has more than twenty years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, which includes a decade in hotel and resort operations and over 15 years in sales and marketing experience in the Asia Pacific region. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Southern Cross University as well as a Bachelor of Arts, Asian Studies (Japanese) from the University of New England.
