Senior Manager, QANTAS LOYALTY - QANTAS AIRWAYS LTD
Derek has been a key manager at Qantas for the last 15 years and being part of the growth into one of the largest most forward thinking programs in Australia. Derek has had a number of roles across the business giving him a unique perspective in the Loyalty space. Currently he is a key senior executive in the Acquire business rewards program.
In addition to his roles at Qantas Derek was also the Director of the Australia China Council from 2008-2014 as well as being the chair of a number of other Tourism associations.
